The Time for Words
More than ever it’s time to be logical adults. In response to the assassination of Charlie Kirk, I’m hearing many voices emerging, shouting that, “The time for words has ended!” These voices are righteously grieving and fed up with the spirits of lawlessness and anti-Christ that are growing across the world. They’re understandably becoming desperate as all of their senses are showing them the destruction of our republic, the decline of our moral fabric, and the acceleration of society towards chaos and destruction. It’s right to vehemently hate the evil that is growing. But are we really past the point of using our words to combat the threats to western civilization and Christian values? Am I wasting my time right now with these words? I don’t think so. The power of life and death is in the tongue. The reason Charlie was assassinated was because of his words.
