Bryann speaks truth in the intro.

Apart from specifically being called to ministry, this intro mirrors a large motivation I’ve had since my young adulthood to try to speak life and truth into the lives of those with whom my voice could have impact. Childhood harder and worse then some, and a cakewalk compared to others. But the reality remains that most people, if equipped with truth on any given topic would make much better decisions, resulting in fewer headaches, heartaches, body-aches, and spirit-aches. Most of the truths in reality are actually pretty simple to explain, while the actions surrounding the implementations of said truths in a life create exponentially positive returns of life, peace, joy, prosperity, etc. Hence the importance of early acceptance of truth. The time value of this vapor of life is infinite. Why then so much confusion and why do so many flounder in darkness and falsehood for so much of, if not all of their lives?

The enemy of our souls, Satan, that old serpent the Devil and his hoards of demons, all with enticing temptations to accept carefully crafted and convincing lies. The lies are so cunningly crafted that immediate receipt usually tends to produce temporarily perceived evidence of truth. The appearance of truth and initially desirable fruit leads to further acceptance of falsehood. One under such a spell often finds themselves buried under a mound of falsehoods that has so enslaved their worldview and mentality, the lenses through which they process the world, that they then are unable to accurately audit where the fruits of destruction in their lives were actually sown.

The renewing of the mind that comes when the blood of Jesus washes away lies and perversions is nothing short of miraculous. I wish that the problem was limited to ones upbringing and the parental units or lack thereof who falsely influenced. But the cycle perpetuates when those poor abused and tortured souls perpetuate falsehoods on others throughout their adult lives, becoming accomplices to the destruction of mankind, whether intentionally or not. This persists from the largest of platforms and podiums, the most polished of performances and the nicest of suits.

So, I’ll continue to speak truth... often imperfectly, even when cognitive dissonance, prejudices, and lack of willingness to focus-listen-consider create challenges in relationships, misunderstandings, slander, or worse. Placing myself, with all my flaws and shortcomings in front of the world, the heavenly host, and God Almighty, with the risk of speaking blasphemy, heresy, or inaccuracies, I promise is with the utmost of sincerity of purpose to help others avoid the terrible pitfalls I have fallen into, to shorten the timeframe that it takes for you to move from darkness to light, from lies to truth, to temporary prosperity here on earth if the Lord wills, and most importantly from spiritual death to eternal life.

I’ll continue to stand in the gap, take any lashes necessary, put on the altar what’s required, and persist through any persecution necessary in order to be found in obedience and hear my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ say “well done good and faithful servant, enter in”.

There’s no action I can do to earn His free gift of salvation, but I do hope to earn the honor of leading at least a few others to accepting the same free gift.

Keep fighting saints.

Be strong and courageous.

Don’t grow weary in well doing.

The Lord chooses to bless us with the honor of ministering to each other. I hope you’ll all continue to choose to do so as you continue to seek The Truth.

Update: crazy that I was unknowingly led to make this post literally on the day that allegations of infidelity come out about Bryan. I’m not here to cast stones or defend. Everything that is done in secret will be exposed. If the allegations are true it appears that he is going to now reap what he has sown. So this just emphasizes the message of the post even harder. Our choices matter. Every choice is either moving you closer to order or chaos. The only way to consistently make order decisions is to first know truth, and then stand on truth and follow through with righteous truthful actions. Knowing truth isn’t enough. We still have to resist wicked temptations in order to capitalize on truthful knowledge. Pray for Bryan and his family. Then double down on your commitment to submit to God and resist the devil. He is a roaring lion looking for whom he may devour. Don’t be one he may devour.
