No Other Name

No other name is loved near as much. No other name is hated near as much. No other name carries near as much authority. No other name causes near the same number of people to stand and shout and sing on the street corners. No other name causes demons to flee. No other name binds the works of the devil and sets the captives free. No other name breaks addiction. No other name heals the sick. No other name makes mountains move. No other name will soon be illegal to speak. No other name was, is, and is to come. No other name brings joy and strength and courage. There is no other name by which we are saved. The name of our creator, our savior, our king, and our bridegroom is Jesus.
